Terms of Service


All items purchased rom House 1002 auctions will be AS IS there will be no refunds. Be sure to review the auction items thoroughly before you bid on them.

If you received the winning bid confirmation email, you must pickup and pay for the winning item before 6:00pm on the pickup day! Failure to do so will invalidate your bid and the next highest bidder will be contacted, and our bidding account will be permanently closed and removed.


For in store purchases, we accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. This includes Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. No on-line purchasing is available at this time.


We only accept in store pickup. If you need to delay the pickup, or to have an item delivered or shipped, make sure to have arrangements before purchase. Failing to do so may result in additional fees.


9.50% tax (San Pedro) will be added on all purchases shipped within CA (pursuant to CA Law) as well as items picked at our San Pedro, CA location.


All items shown on our website can be purchased at our retail store in San Pedro, CA. We do our best to update inventory immediately after a sale; however, due to the nature of the brick-and-mortar business, some items may be sold and temporarily remain listed online.


House 1002 recommends electrical wiring be checked by an electrician to ensure safety. All chandeliers and sconces should be installed by a licensed electrician.


We do not accept returns. Antique and vintage items are sold “as is.” Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. No merchandised may be used for commercial use, such as film/photography shoots or home staging, without the explicit permission of individual vendors at House 1002.
