Terms of Service


For in store purchases, we accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. This includes Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. No on-line purchasing is available.


While store pick-up is preferred, we will make every effort to assist you in the delivery of your items. We ship small and medium items via UPS and USPS and can guide you in selecting options for large and international shipments. Our current list prices do not include shipping – the cost of packaging, shipping, and insurance charges will be added upon selection.


9.00% tax will be added on all purchases shipped within CA (pursuant to CA Law) as well as items picked at our San Pedro, CA location.


All items shown on our website can be purchased at our retail store in San Pedro, CA. We do our best to update inventory immediately after a sale; however, due to the nature of the brick-and-mortar business, some items may be sold and temporarily remain listed online.


House 1002 recommends electrical wiring be checked by an electrician to ensure safety. All chandeliers and sconces should be installed by a licensed electrician.


We do not accept returns. Antique and vintage items are sold “as is.” Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. No merchandised may be used for commercial use, such as film/photography shoots or home staging, without the explicit permission of individual vendors at House 1002.
